Faithful to our traditions, we select Greek recipes that satisfy both vegetarians and meat eaters.
Our recipes are based on unique ingredients of the Greek land, fresh, natural, high quality, the Greek philosophy of gastronomy, proper use of herbs and spices and the famous olive oil that stars in all our traditional dishes.
Breakfast hours: 09:00 - 10:30
Lunch hours: 13:00 - 15:00
Dinner hours: 19:00 - 21:00
Pool Bar
The pool of Castello Rosso Hotel is open daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Here you can enjoy your coffee, swimming in the pool!
Also there is a pool bar, where you can enjoy your drink or enjoy a meal by the pool.
The pool can also be used by non-hotel guests.
Bar opening hours:
The pool from 8.00 in the morning until 20.00 in the evening
The bar from 9.00 until 23.30
Reception
At the reception desk of the Castello Rosso Hotel you can be informed about any matter regarding your stay at our hotel and ask for information about tours in Nea Styra of Euboea.
The Reception hours are from 8.30 until 23.30. Due to covid 19 there are currently modifications. Check in will be at 15.00 until 22.30 and check out at 11.30.

We suggest you bike riding for a wonderful and very pleasant way to get to know each corner of our region and as a way to be in contact with nature.
With this ecological transportation, it will be possible to you to go where no other means can reach, and you’ll be also able to visit the surrounding area and villages through cycling by making your daily exercise.
We recommend Route 1 to explore Reouzi village with his beautiful views and alleys, the village of Styra where you can stop for some coffee and dessert in the traditional cafes around the old square with the big fountain, the perennial plane trees and a watermill next to it.
If you want something more wildly you can choose route 2 where you can make an off road bicycle and experience the wild beauty of southern Evoia.
